This Montauk home is being completely renovated as a new family retreat. The project includes a new second level with bedrooms and bathrooms. A new open-plan family room and kitchen will allow for entertaining and large family events. A tower addition helps to tie all the new space together and will provide a home office with a view to the water. All new windows, doors, roofing and composite trim and siding will keep maintenance low for many years to come.
