This Larchmont house is being improved for a young family of four. An existing main level bedroom will be expanded and converted into a new family room. The kitchen will be expanded and opened to the new family room. The second floor will be expanded to add a new bedroom and a new master bathroom. The front entry will be modified and relocated to improve the approach from the road. All windows, roofing and stucco will be replaced to bring this 1930's stucco cottage up to date.
